8 Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand. 9 Do not be angry beyond measure, Lord; do not remember our sins forever.
(Isaiah 64)
I am the work of your hands. You intended my body to be exactly as it is. I am not paralyzed by chance. All of the struggles that seek my ruin are at work for me and You. Through them, you spare my soul. Through them, you strengthen the faith of others. I rejoice in my suffering. You are my hope and my salvation. Heaven awaits me! Praise your holy name, Lord! Amen.
